Cheryl Glaser Burnt Tan and Blue Raku Mug

This handmade pottery piece was expertly studio crafted by ceramicist, Cheryl Glaser. This beautiful mug is glazed with different shades of burnt tan and hints of light blue that perfectly accentuates the ridges of the pieces' form. Marked with the artist's mark on the bottom of the piece (please see photos for details).

Provenance: Acquired from the personal collection of George Roby - George Roby was a potter and sculptor with works featured in the collections of the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Everson Museum, Butler Institute of American Art, the Columbus Museum of Fine Art, and the Ohio Craft Museum.
